My daily challenge for July has been to slow down. While this may not sound like much but for me, it is. Once I finished with my last class, I still found myself running at the same pace. I had my job, my school and things I needed to get done. I make a list of things to get accomplished every day. Now, that school is over, I am just taking my time getting things done. Trying to relax as much as possible. And, if I take my time doing things, chances are that I will do a better job at what I'm doing. But also, taking my time and slowing my pace to enjoy things as well. Sometimes, I just sit and listen to music. Or I'll stop and read a magazine. Just taking in as much as I can right now. It may be a simple challenge, but it is good for my psyche. And that is important!
