I chose this quote because it rings true to me and how I have dealt with things in the past and how I intend to deal with them in the present and future. I spent decades, literally, keeping anger inside and that is not healthy for me. I am finding that if I let it out, I will process it, let it go and move on. And, dammit, that feels very good, and I can focus my energies elsewhere. It's the acknowledgement that is key for me.
