Ways I like to relax

 Sometimes I just have to stop whatever I'm doing, especially when I'm anxious or stressed, and find something relaxing to do.  Relaxing is not something I have done a lot of in the past, but I am definitely increasing my opportunities for relaxation in my life right now.  I find that it makes me feel better, it helps me to focus.  Here are a few ways that I like to relax:

1. Take a long hot bath 


2. Light a candle


3. Listen to music


4. Take a walk



5. Read a book
