I really like this one, today. For one, working on my health, when I take time while I am eating, savoring each bite, it makes a difference in not only how much I enjoy my meal but in how much I actually eat. When I take my time and enjoy myself, I tend to eat less. Score one! I also like this message, in general, of taking our time in life to savor everything it has to offer. Something for me to take into consideration every day!
